![]() ![]() I would expect that both of these will remain the same in the new Flashpoint and Godox X Pro transmitters. I hope the new Pro II transmitter allows for more when 16 groups are selected. You can't use TTL if you select 16 groups. I too had this problem when first using one.Īnother switch allows 16 groups or only 5 groups. You probably have it on the shorter range. Was waiting on the Flashpoint version, but this is exactly the same with a different logo. Needless to say I am ordering one for my R6. My buddy has a R5 and got his today, he texted me shot examples. Wonder if this will solve the HSS using ETTL issue with the R5/6? EDIT: Yes! I now can use ETTL and HSS together with the R5. I hope so as I will be purchasing this new Godox trigger. Of note in the Strobepro video they mention Adorama's and state it is completely different with newer technology. I also own the Godox X2T and it is rock solid. The Adorama Flashpoint R2 Pro MKII for Nikon has similar features, way too many buttons and is completely unreliable, lots of misfires. I'm hoping an all metal replacement foot is available for the trigger at some point. The X2 has the QR lock which is still half plastic on Sony. I prefer the smaller X1/X2 style triggers. I have the original XPro and am not sure if the II is worth the upgrade for my use case. FYI - Godox XPro II trigger for Canon Nikon SonyĪ Canadian Godox retailer seems to have gotten an inside track on a new XPro trigger previously only available for Leica.
